At Unorthodox Suppression, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Non-NFA Merchandise
Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
NFA-Regulated Products
Due to federal regulations and transfer requirements, all sales of suppressors and other NFA-regulatedproducts are considered final once the transfer process has begun.
Refund requests submitted prior to the filing of transfer paperwork may be considered on a case-by-casebasis and may be subject to processing fees.
Defective Products
Products determined to be defective due to manufacturing defects may be repaired, replaced, or refundedat our discretion following inspection.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Special-order items may be subject to cancellation fees.
